Wind Chill: 22 F
Dammit. Too fast. Trying to keep the easy ones over 9 m/m, most preferably closer to 9:30 - 9:45 m/m-ish. Prolly a little quick due to the couple days off from running. Going to try a double tonight, just 3-5 on the tm after dinner. If nothing else, I hop it keeps my fat ass from eating.
I've got 47 miles scheduled for this week, plus my first evah soccer game on Friday. The runs better slow down or I'm gonna be in a world of hurt come 2-3 weeks from now.
