Notes
Ok run, not great. I took a wrong turn in the middle and accidentallly cut out about 0.3 miles from the run. I ran at a nice easy clip most of the way, but did get a stitch in my side about 4-5 miles in that forced me to walk for about 30 seconds. Just didn't feel right today, like I didn't have it and I didn't try to go get it. Oh well, I guess not every run can be a great one.
