MC, KPoss. Stayed w/KPoss the whole way. Looped back once to pick him up. Nice and easy run.
Left knee a bit better today. Didn't ice it last night, fell asleep watching the Tigers lose to the Blue Jays. Didn't have a chance to sit down to eat dinner until 8:30 and was asleep by 9:20. Long friggin' day.
