Notes
Nice and easy. w/MC and MEP (first mile). We were a little quick for MEP on the first mile, but pretty much just stayed at a comfy 9:15 m/m for the duration. Legs a bit heavy from yesterday and sluggish from lack of sleep. I would've guessed our pace at closer to 8:55 ish. Ah well, doesn't really matter and 10 more after work will be pretty damn slow.
