Crew. Footing was a bit better today, still not good, but better. Ran the 5 reversed; that stretch just before the school is unplowed and we need to jump onto Jolly Rd. I'd rather do it facing traffic, so backward it was. Took about 2 miles to warm up, but once we did I was fine. We were real slow through four miles, then finished a bit harder through the last.
Right knee and shin still causing me problems. Will start getting serious w/the stretching/icing shizzle from now on. Need to keep an eye on how I sit at work too. Double up for a short second run hopefully tonight on the t/m. Need to get that mileage up!
