Crap.

Originally just wanted to do 20 miles. Decided about 4 miles in to drop 15 seconds every 5 miles. SO...first 5 miles in 9:35; then 9:15 for 6-10; 11-15 got to 9:05 and was struggling like a bitch to hold it. The last five miles were a walk/jog fiasco that had me seriously reconsidering running ever again. Fukken brutal. I think that I just tried to do too much at this distance. 20 miles is still a long friggin' way for me, and covering the miles is about all I can expect. I can do a workout in a 10 or 15 miler, but anything longer than that is just asking too much. Another year of 50 mile weeks will probably change that, but for now...good god, for now, just concentrate on finishing it off. Assbag.
