MC. Perfect day. PERFECT. Nice jog with MC on the 5k loop, then hit the brick loop once just because I wasn't ready to get back to work. Heading to Phoenix in the morning w/Dammann and Rex, so I figured it's best to put some miles in where I can. There will be beer.
