DeCamp. way to fast considering i've barely run the past three weeks. Shoulda slowed down, but too stubborn to give in. hit the mile mark at about 9:10 and knew from there it was going to be one of "those" runs. ah well, 'tis good for the soul.
Up some pounds over these three weeks too. Eating like complete shit while on the road. Gotta reel it back in.
