Criminy, we had a whole gaggle of geeks today. KPoss, Hayse, Dammann plus the crew. Felt like being in track practice again. KPoss did great, we turned him around at the 1 mile mark and he said he made it back w/out issue. I'm guessing Hayse was fine (he split off and did the 5k loop) and Dammann stayed with us the whole time. We kept it slow, sprinted up kill hill just for shits and giggles, and taking tomorrow off. Saturday should be fun. I'm bringing the beer!
