Bah. Was fine through 11 miles, then felt the left calf start pulling a bit and then it got BAD just before 12 mile mark. Soldiered on for a mile or so then threw in the towel. S'posed to be a 20, but twas not a good idea. Shitty mileage week, but got a coupla faster runs in too. The P90X stuff is wearing me down a touch.
