Couldn't tell where the markings were supposed to be, so I ran from the squished worm (middle of south end turn) to an old hurdle I dragged out onto roughly the middle of the west side straight away. I'm calling these worm-to-hurdle intervals, forevermore.
Not bad, though I don't really know what it means. I just tried to run them consistently and agressively w/out actually pressing. Ok, I pressed a little on the last one. Funny thing about intervals, by the end of the little jig/jog I was wondering why I was breathing so hard a minute or so before...weird.
I did these after some advice from Jeff and mikey on the sub-20 thread. Trying to get ready for BG on 4/25 w/out killing myself prepping for Bayshore.
