Nice day. W/MC. Faster than planned again. Don't know why that keeps happening, but it felt good. Left foot yesterday was killing me about an hour after the run. Might be those jank-ass Nimbus-9's. We'll see how it feels later today.
Fast finish from about 1/2 mile out. Prolly around 7 flat. meh.
