Solo. Ran today rather than Wed. b/c the temps are s'posed to drop about 20 degrees and be pissing rain tomorrow. Bit windy from the South, 15-20mph steady. Warm though, so no complaints.
Friggin' left calf again. Felt it right away; didn't start being irritating until about 11 miles. Same as Saturday. sheeit.
