Nice, easy run w/MC and Josh. Josh and I basically sprinted the last .2 mile of the run. Felt good, but I couldn't go much faster, or farther at that pace. The pace for most of the run was right around 9 m/m.
Third day in a row of running and I'm starting to feel better before, during and right after the run. It's amazing what just a few days off can do to the body. It really surprised me to feel wiped out after a couple of 3 mile runs on consecutive days. Made me realize that taking too much time off, say more than a few days, is not the best idea right now. I need a much higher mileage base to be able to take significant time off.
