Notes
Did a loop in the sub, then the north 10, then another loop. Felt pretty good, only the last 2 miles or so did the legs start to really fatigue. Don't know about that pace for the full though. I can't see holding it for another 10+ miles. Seems like an awful lot of race day magic. It was just the legs today, energy was fine and never got winded. But dammit, the legs. Always the legs.
