Notes
Nice run...did it solo today. The plan was to run a nice, solid, slow pace and keep it even throughout. I hit 9:15; 18:45 and 28:05 mile splits, so not bad and it wasn't over exerting at all. I was a bit taxed toward the end, but only slightly.
Better note on the shins, they didn't hurt at all throughout the entire run and only a tiny bit sore 30 minutes later.
Saturday's the big day for 10.5 miles!!!!
