Bergey, KPoss, Ep, DeCamp, MC. Ep went 2, we lost KPoss early (went 4) then we four went the new 5 loop. Real easy through until about a half mile left, then got a fast finish in. Still wasn't a great run, just not much energy. I've got "Thunderdome" stuck in mah fucken head now too...thanks, MC, ya jackwagon.
Left knee tender all weekend, around a 3-4, rolled it before the run and will do the usual for tonight. Back under 260 for the first time in a LONG time. Though it's probably lower than that even, Sunday's salt binge did me no favors today, likely.
