I managed 6100 strides which looks like it's about 3 miles...anyway, I was surprised at how much stronger i was than the last time i got on (back in March). All the running must really be paying dividends b/c I kicked ass on it and felt fine as soon as I was done. I was well over 200 s/m for the 27 minute workout and my cooldown rate of 140-150 was where i was working out at when I first started working out at back in Jan/February!
I think it was a good crosstraining workout and will have to plan on doing this
