Nice easy run w/MC. Talked the whole run. His 4 yr. Anniversery is today, but started it off by getting into a fight w/Betsy! SO we talked 'bout that and mostly work BS that's going on.
Quad was about the same today as it was yesterday. A bit tight an hour after, but not painful. I might be able to play soccer tomorrow after all. Just need to make sure I WARM UP first. I'm such a dumbass...
