MC, Bergey, KPoss. MC and Bergey took off a bit, I hung back w/KPoss. He was a little nervous about the distance (he didn't run over the weekend), but he ended up doing just fine. We even FF from about .2 out. I dropped him off then did one more loop around the horn. It's really coming back now. That was a nice run.
Did a solid job of controlling food this weekend, and it paid off on the scale! I can't expect a 5 lb loss every week, but i'll take it to get started. Heading to Phoenix in a few days for some golfing w/Rex and Dammann et al. and will need to be ready and willing to work off the inevitable beer and food binging.
