I think I've finally discovered how to do a recovery run! Ran laughably easy on the t/m (watching the Tigers lose, again) and stopped at the first sign of struggle. My legs started to feel the tiniest bit tired, so I quit. I feel great. My legs are in excellent shape, and feel WAY better than they did before the run.

Had a little breakthrough today!
