KPoss, MC and Dammann stopped over to run. Windy as all hell, but otherwise a nice run. Still a touch rundown from yesterday's run, I think. Not a lot of energy, but the wind could have had something to do w/it.
down 4 lbs!!!! 13 lbs for the month, nice! Watching what I'm stuffing in my pie-hole and actually moving around a bit is paying off. Who knew?
