Felt good. Used HRM. When HR dipped below 150 speeded up as felt I could push it on. Could probably pick the pace up a bit without burnout the next day. Also noticed it took time to get going. Only felt comfortable at pace after 30 mins. Probably should go off slower as HR was 175 at start.
