Notes

5x300m with 75 sec recovery on Depauw's outdoor track after the race. Was a little worried about this workout, since my longest workout before this was 1600m and I was going to try to do this after racing that distance, but it ent pretty well. Also Depauw didn't have the lights on and lanes 1 & 2 were really icy, so we were out in lane 3 and just kind of guessed where the 300 start with the curve should have been, I think we got it pretty close at least. I led the first one and the last one and then each of the freshman led one in the middle. It was a lot tougher than 5 x 300m used to be, but it wasn't impossible
