we were originally going to do 8x800 on the IM fields, but coach switched it to a fartlek.

Started at 5:40 pace for the on and worked it down to 5:15 on the last one, felt great today, easy the best ive felt in a while on a workout, i guess thats what happens when you go two weeks without doing a workout. Excited for indoor to start
