Strides: 4x200 (1 min cycle)
1600, 3 min rest, 1200 2:30 rest, 800, 2:00 rest, 4x400 with 90 sec rest everything @ Goal race pace except 400's were just supposed to be whatever feels good
Pretty easy workout today, felt mostly controlled, relaxed and smooth. wanted to make 5:15 feel as easy as possible. Legs felt really good, even on the last 400 (one of my fastest ever) i felt very comfortable through 200m even though some freshman took it out in 31ish
