Notes
finished the workout yesterday and went inside and stretched for a little, when I tried to stand up after though my right leg almost gave out and my hip was really bothering me. Not sure if I had just locked up, or what, but walking did not feel good for the rest of the night after the workout so I decided to bike this morning to play it safe. After biking it felt a little better, but still didnt feel great to walk on or put all of my weight on.
