Notes
Not sure what happened, but this workout went terrible. We did it inside on the treadmill on the ice and even though I haven't been running as much as normal I still felt like I was in decent shape after the tempo run I did with Kolbus last week so I started out at 6:30 pace and after the first mile my body was just dead, my legs were moving, barely, but I was cramping up and starting to feel lightheaded. Disappointed because I thought I would be able to pickup the pace towards the end and definitely be able to do 3 miles at sub 6:30 pace. I guess I'll just have to keep working and prepare better next week mentally and hydrate more probably
