Notes

Very weak double today, puked after the mile and felt a lot better and had a solid 3 hours in between the events. Honestly felt pretty energetic, but once I actually got in to the race my legs were shot, right shin/calf has been bothering me for about 2 weeks now and it just really tightened up. Time to rest up and get healthy for outdoor. Happy to have survived this quarter academically and still came out with some PR's and scoring in the mile. I know i can be a lot better during outdoor though when i dont have as much on my plate
