Might have a new favorite pool set, will have to ask kevin about it later and see what his thoughts are, but it was just the right amount of difficult to where I felt like I got a good aerobic workout and wasnt just sprinting the whole time.
Did 300 warm-up then 50 on,50 kick, 100 on, 50 kick, 150 on, 50 kick, 200 on, 50 kick, then back down. Then 6 x 50 hard on a minute cycle
