Notes

Decided to take today completely off running. Biked in the morning at the Y and then lifted. Then in the afternoon did an hour and a half of leisure ice skating. Thought about jumping on the treadmill for a 2-3 mile jog when I got home around 10 at night just to keep my run streak going more than anything but my dad was already in bed (the treadmill is in my parents bedroom) so I decided that was God's way of telling me just to call it a day. Decided to count the ice skating as cross training though since I definitely worked some muscles that I wouldnt normally, was on my feet for 2 hours, and will be sore from it tomorrow
