77-82 degrees and humid.
This run felt easier even than last week (which was easier than the week before). During the middle 5 miles, my HR didn't seem to creep up very easily. It seemed to want to stay about 145-148. Also, during the beginning 5 miles, it seemed like I had to try to get it up to 140. I was going slowly, but my breathing and fatigue left still felt like my HR should be higher. I probably felt my best around mile 7.
It was a good decision to run around Southridge after mile 9, since it was starting to warm up. The shade was nice.
