Trying to stay loose this week to be ready for the Marathon. I ran some strides and did some skips since my right side has felt somewhat tight. My hips have been a little tight, and I think that may have caused some IT band discomfort on the outside of my right knee. The skips seem to have helped loosen up my hips, in addition to some stretching I've been doing.
