Ran with the green Superfeet in my Ghosts.
I'm still feeling the plantar fasciitis in my left foot that I felt this morning. I guess I'll be running easy for the next few days or taking a day off. My left big toe is turning purple and it's pretty sore. I doubt I'm going to feel up to racing this weekend.
