16, with miles 10-15 at 6:53 average. I went real easy for the first 9 as planned, and then ran 4 at just under 7:00, but this just didn't feel that hard, so I added two more and that felt about right. 6:54 pace for the 6 miles. 6:42 is the "M" pace for a VDOT of 55, so a bit slower than that. It's hard to judge much by this since I'd already run 9 easy, but I feel good about it nonetheless.
