Felt really great between about 6.5 through about 21. I really felt fatigued at that point and didn't much feel like pushing the pace. I could have gone further, but even a 9:00 pace would be hard to maintain. Mile 20 was not the place to push pace. I felt like I had the energy at first, but it faded very quickly.
It couldn't help that all I ate before this run was a Clif bar. I had a few swallows of water from a fountain during mile 16. I was hungry by mile 10 probably.
