8M tempo @ 6:54. I can't believe I can run 8 sub-7 miles now. I'm very encouraged by my progress in just about 7 weeks. This is about the right pace, but I need to try running it steady next time instead of negative splitting it.
My legs, especially the muscle behind my left knee, have been sore the last three days since my long run with hills. I should have been icing them, but I haven't.
