Notes

Tough run, slowed down a lot in the second half, but I'm content with the result. Humidity and sushi buffet the night before definitely did not help. Plus was short on sleep the prior week. Lastly, I tried to stay hydrated but I was parched at the end.

GPS seems to have missed a mile or so, but those loops really are 10 miles.

On to the next goal.
