8km PR! About as good as I've ever felt, just a flat-out awesome run. Was dreading going out all afternoon because of the steady rain, finally dragged myself out there and lit it up...and that my friends is why running rules. Ripping around in the rain, feet were soaked, and it didn't matter today was flat-out awesome. No left IT discomfort at all. The day off seemed to work to get that all healed up. Did not require any effort until the final km...3 months ago this was a gut-busting race effort, nice.
