Workout was 10k at goal HMP. Slow first k so I thought I was in for a rough one but things turned around pretty quickly after that and this felt pretty great. Just kept getting easier til about the 8th k or so. 2nd half was 10 secs faster than the first. 25 seconds faster than 2 weeks ago and definitely felt easier and this time it was with a full 100k in 7 days work load in the legs.
