Nice workout, first 5.4 with Emily.
3 x 1200 w 400m recoveries
The 1200's were done as:
Int 1 - (400m @ 5k, 800m @ 10k)
Int 2 - (400m @ 10k, 400m @ 5k, 400m @ 10k)
Int 3 - (800m @ 10k, 400m @ 5k)
Not nearly as difficult as I thought this would be. Looking forward to getting some flats to run in as these shoes felt very clunky on the track.
The 3.2k home from the track was miserable, the footing was the worst i've run in this winter, the wind was in my face and I happened to be damp from the workout. Oh yea and I was wearing shorts...brilliant.
