Just an easy run. Finished at the grocery store. Legs felt pretty good considering yesterdays work. Mild tweak on the back out side of my left knee. I still have a bad cold and felt like crap all day.
This was another solid month for me, over 400k, only one missed day and feeling healthy, well at least running wise.
