Notes

Windy and rainy. Took it out slow to allow the shin to warm up. Lots of fallen branches and puddles to avoid on the trail so that slowed me down as well. Shin was ok, not great not bad, just sort of there. Much better than Sunday but I attribute feeling better to the day off. I'll continue doing the routine and hope for the best. Another short one scheduled for tomorrow and then my first workout in ages...we'll see about the workout.
