Good workout.
12 x 400 @ 5k (1:10 recovery)
4 laps jog
6 x 200 with final 100m all-out (200m recovery)
95% humidity...gutted it out though. Realized I really suck at running "all-out". I don't know if its a form thing or turnover but quite frankly I suck at it. Cut the cool down short because I had to get back to work. Hopefully i can sneak in a recovery jog this evening.
