Notes
Started out nice and feeling good. Legs felt great. Not long in my ankle started to ache a bit but I didnt think much of it. It kept getting worse and was starting to affect my stride so I such it down be fore it got real bad. I've had this before. I remember rolling my ankle pretty bad yesterday on my run so I'm sure it's just the after effects of that. Kinda sucks I was really enjoying being injury free. Hopefully with some icing I'll be better for tomorrow
