Shin was tightish\soreish to start but loosened up about 5-10 mins in. Felt fine on the workout. Hopped right in the just filled pool right after for a nice ice bath effect. The last 400 was hard but not all out. Lots of room to improve, but about what I expected. A short workout but i'm hoping to get in another 10 miles either tomorrow or Sunday.
