Notes
Cold, windy, rainy...which is the forecast for the next week so I better get used to it I guess.
Kept it super easy until 1k left. Ran the last k hard was hoping to be under 4mins ran it in 3:52 so was happy with that, After I finished I was thinking and I recalled that on this weekend last year I ran 10 3:53's in a row... Actually seems like a life time ago.
The first few strides were sore for my shin then things quickly got better. Now it's the afternoon and I can feel it a bit but nothing serious.
