Goal was to keep this nice and slow. At one point as I was jogging down Aldersbrook this prick in basketball shorts comes running by on the opposite side of the road and passes me. I thought just let him go you need to go slow today. Then he looks back over his shoulder at me sort to drive home the point he is going faster than me. I can hear him wheezing in ans out. I had to fight with every fibre of my being not to chase him down and run him into the ground. It was hard like very hard, like I have some sort of problem...
