Solid. Woke up to a blanket of snow so that sucked. Ended up layering up for this as the wind was pretty bad. Freezing on the warm-up but better once I got to the workout. Tempo sections were in the 4:03/km range but the effort was honest. Legs felt great, shins were good, knee was good. Things are really going well right now.
