Windy like you wouldn't believe out of the southwest making for some tough early k's. This tempo was 5 second faster and about a quarter of the effort than my 8k race in June...nice.
Legs were pretty tired in the warm-up and thought about scrapping it by eventually they seemed to cvome around. Right shin has been really tight the last couple days so i'll keep working on that.
